Associate Social Media Marketing Manager – B2C

About the role

McGraw Hill is seeking an Associate Social Media Marketing Manager – B2C to drive engagement and growth for its Test Prep business in India. Based in Noida, you will shape student communities across multiple digital platforms through compelling content and data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute social media strategies on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram and emerging student channels.
• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with exam cycles, admissions periods, product launches and academic trends.
• Lead platform‑specific campaigns to boost community growth, brand awareness, traffic and conversions.
• Own the YouTube ecosystem – plan content, optimize the channel and drive subscriber engagement.
• Collaborate with authors, subject‑matter experts and internal teams to produce student‑focused content.
• Monitor student behavior, market trends and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Support integrated campaigns for admissions and exam seasons.
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine messaging and channel tactics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content or brand marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record managing social platforms and YouTube communities.
• Creative mindset with strong project‑management abilities.
• Experience in EdTech, education or test‑prep sectors is a plus.
