Associate / Senior Associate – Operations (Mumbai)

About the role

The Operations team at NBBL is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to manage settlement, reconciliation, and complaint handling processes. You will work closely with banks, non‑bank entities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flows and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multiple daily settlements within defined turnaround times and communicate results to sponsor banks and stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationships by addressing complaints received via social media, CRM platforms, and the BBPS website.
• Liaise with banks, non‑banks, and new entities to onboard them onto the BBPS platform as OU, Agent Institution, or Agent within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain a standardized front‑end experience across all channels to enhance consumer satisfaction.
• Compute income, TDS, and GST accurately.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external communication processes.
• Conduct training sessions for BBPOU participants on the BBPS application and resolve OU queries.
• Maintain SOPs for all operational processes and perform data analysis and presentation as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in compliance, legal, or process roles.
• BTech/BE or an equivalent degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and knowledge of risk and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication abilities.
