About the role
The Associate Customer Service Manager will lead branch operations and customer service for a designated rural banking branch. The role focuses on efficient resource management, compliance, and delivering best‑in‑class service to both external and internal customers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day branch administration and ensure strict adherence to bank policies.
- Manage customer lifecycle activities, including data entry, ID creation, account opening, and KYC verification.
- Handle cash transactions, clearing, and maintain high audit ratings.
- Drive service quality initiatives, process optimisation, and SLA improvements.
- Implement automation and digitisation tools to increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with business units to enforce compliance, lending operations, and risk management.
Required profile
- Graduation in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE or any other relevant degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in banking or a related financial services environment.
