Associate Creative Director – Copywriting

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (Copy) to lead our copywriting function and help shape brand stories across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Head of Creative Strategy, account leads and co‑founders to push creative boundaries for existing clients and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client presentations, pitches and workshops.
• Mentor and develop junior copywriters and other direct reports.
• Oversee multiple projects, balancing timelines, budgets and quality.
• Integrate data insights with creative concepts to deliver compelling copy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them to commercial work.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in copywriting and creative direction.
• Zero‑ego, problem‑solver mindset with strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written communication; award‑winning copy comes naturally.
• Understanding of time, cost and deadline management.
