EY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Bangalore. The role sits within the HR Operations function and focuses on sourcing, assessing and hiring advanced engineering talent to support the firm’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for specialized engineering positions.
• Identify, screen and assess candidates with deep technical expertise.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align talent pipelines.
• Utilise industry trends and market intelligence to enhance talent acquisition approaches.
• Support the broader HR Operations team in delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within engineering or technical domains.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a practical approach to complex hiring challenges.
