Assistant Manager – Pricing (IT Services)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Pricing will support strategic and large‑deal pricing engagements for Mphasis, an IT services provider. You will develop commercial models, analyse contracts and help ensure pricing aligns with margin targets and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy for mid‑to‑large IT deals, ensuring margin alignment.
• Prepare detailed pricing models, cost structures and financial scenarios for complex proposals.
• Assist in contract and commercial reviews with legal, finance and delivery teams.
• Participate in pricing governance, internal reviews and risk documentation.
• Implement and analyse advanced pricing models such as outcome‑based, ARC/RRC, gain‑share and performance‑linked models.
• Develop and maintain pricing, margin and deal analytics dashboards using Python, Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with sales, solutioning and finance to craft commercial proposals.
• Guide junior analysts and improve pricing templates, tools and frameworks.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance, CA, ICWA or equivalent (finance with technology exposure preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in pricing, finance or commercial roles within IT/Tech services.
• Hands‑on experience in deal pricing, cost modelling and margin analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
