Assistant Manager Guest Services – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Guest Services to lead our Food & Beverage and Front Office teams at ibis Mumbai BKC. You will ensure seamless service delivery, support guest satisfaction, and help drive operational excellence in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, including reception, cashiering, and reservations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of F&B service procedures and coordinate with the restaurant team.
• Assist in training and developing F&B and Front Office staff.
• Handle credit issues and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Support the Guest Service Manager and Director Guest Services in creating and updating service procedures.
• Promote hotel facilities and special promotions to guests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader in hospitality, or 1 year as an Assistant Manager Guest Services.
• Strong understanding of hotel department functions, layouts, and event coordination.

Required skills

• F&B service operations knowledge.
• Front Office and reservation system familiarity.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
