About the role
The Assistant Manager – Guest Experiences will support the Guest Experience Manager in delivering exceptional service across the Rooms Division of Grand Hyatt Goa. Working closely with front‑office and guest‑relations teams, you will help ensure daily operations run smoothly and align with Hyatt’s global standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient running of the Rooms Division, adhering to Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the Guest Experience Manager in day‑to‑day operational tasks, including guest check‑in/out, room allocation, and service recovery.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑relation abilities.
