About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the daily operations of our hotel’s housekeeping department. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards and that the team delivers consistent, high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the housekeeping team, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain a high‑performing team by coaching, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
- Supervise room cleaning, inspection, and replenishment of supplies.
- Ensure quality‑assurance standards are met at all times.
- Guarantee that service delivery complies with hotel guidelines and policies.
Required profile
- Passionate about hospitality and takes pride in being a hotelier.
- Enjoys interacting with guests and team members.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or similar role.
- Preferably experienced with an international 5‑star hotel group.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Friendly, helpful, trustworthy leader with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
