Area Head - Tractor Loans

About the role

The Area Head – Tractor Loans will lead the expansion and performance of the tractor financing network across assigned branches. You will design and execute growth strategies, ensure cost‑effective operations, and deliver high‑quality customer service while collaborating closely with product and credit teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business goals by building a strong network of tractor dealerships and cross‑selling multiple banking products.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape and provide feedback to product teams.
• Ensure pricing, processes and policies protect the organization’s interests.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategic execution.
• Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with all regulations.
• Lead manpower planning, recruitment, training and performance management for on‑roll and off‑roll staff.
• Develop livelihood and community development initiatives.
• Assess feasibility of new initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other branch functions to deliver comprehensive product and service offerings.

Required profile

• Graduation in B.Sc., B.Tech, BCA, B.Com or BBA.
• Post‑graduation (MBA/PGDM) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in rural banking, agricultural financing or related fields.
