About the role

WANDERLUST ARCHITECTS is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Jaipur office. The role involves taking projects from concept through detailed design to completion, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate design intent and progress with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design standards.
• Integrate innovative design solutions and technology to meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and coordination of large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for stakeholder collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architectural design tools and software.
• Knowledge of software development and system integration as applied to design workflows.
