Analyst, Settlement Operations

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Settlement Services team is looking for an Analyst to support daily settlement operations for the Asia‑Pacific region and other markets. The role involves processing receivables and payables, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate recording in financial systems while working within the Treasury function.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day settlement operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Perform treasury, settlement and reconciliation activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as assigned.
• Participate in weekend settlement processes according to a rotational roster.
• Remediate operational issues within established service‑level agreements and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with settlement teams, commercial and central bank partners, and regulatory bodies.
