About the role
Invesco is seeking an Administrator 2 to join its Global Reconciliation Services (GRS) team in Telangana. The role supports the investment services function by ensuring accurate cash and position reconciliations across internal and external systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cash and position reconciliations between internal and external data sets, researching and resolving discrepancies within established deadlines.
- Investigate reconciliation exceptions on IBOR, ABOR and OMS platforms and assist in timely resolution.
- Maintain 100 % accuracy and meet turnaround‑time targets for all assigned reconciliations.
- Escalate exceptions to relevant stakeholders according to defined guidelines.
- Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios and report any overdrawn positions.
- Process cash flows onto IBOR and OMS accurately and promptly.
- Contribute ideas and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update fact sheets containing custodian, counter‑party and internal stakeholder contacts.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in global capital markets, preferably in portfolio reconciliations or middle‑office investment services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and analyse numerical data with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Team‑player mindset with a willingness to support process development.
- Academic background such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA or related finance qualification; additional certifications in capital markets are a plus.
