About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily support operations and design efficient administrative procedures across the company. You will lead a professional team, ensuring that all support activities run smoothly and enable other departments to perform effectively.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and continuously improve administrative procedures and systems.
Recruit, train and allocate personnel, as well as manage office space assignments.
Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to maximise efficiency.

Required profile

Proven experience in an administrative management role.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Strong knowledge of departmental procedures and policies.
Proactive attitude towards discovering and implementing more efficient ways of working.
