About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join Leap Gymnastics in Bandra, Mumbai. The role involves managing bookings, coordinating class schedules, and delivering excellent client service in a fast‑paced sports academy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle booking inquiries via phone, email or in‑person, process registrations, cancellations and rescheduling for gymnastics classes, workshops and events.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date booking system and provide clients with accurate information on schedules, pricing and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a master class schedule, assign instructors, manage substitutions and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns and feedback professionally.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, record keeping and preparation of contracts, waivers and registration forms.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
