Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Swiggy Dineout’s restaurant partnership team. You will be responsible for onboarding, nurturing and growing relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners, driving the Dine‑out business and achieving significant GMV targets.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain platform requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high‑quality image coverage.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on Dine‑out plans, promotions and growth opportunities.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignment and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout disputes, to ensure smooth payments for customers and partners.
• Analyse dashboard data, track key performance metrics and provide insights to partners for conversion optimisation.
• Monitor competitor activity at point‑of‑sale and ensure partner investments remain competitive in discounts, commissions and advertising.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 70‑80 accounts and meet monthly GMV targets.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting performance dashboards.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can coordinate cross‑functional teams.
