Web Developer – Front‑End & Support for Hotel Clients

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer who will combine front‑end development with website support for our hotel clients. You will work remotely with the global Cendyn team, ensuring post‑launch optimisation, content updates and new page creation for a portfolio of hotel websites.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tickets in the ticketing system within SLA guidelines.
• Add new pages, update content and publish changes using GitHub/Bitbucket repositories.
• Make client‑requested updates through our custom CMS (training provided).
• Contribute to WordPress projects, creating pages and maintaining themes, plugins and page builders.
• Support strategic initiatives that drive direct‑booking performance and revenue.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience working directly with clients on website support and development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
