Warehouse Officer (3-4 years experience)

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will support the day‑to‑day operations of a reputable API manufacturing facility in Khambhat, Gujarat. The role requires 3‑4 years of experience in warehouse management within a production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring accurate receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate with production, quality and logistics teams to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Oversee storage layout, optimize space utilization and enforce safety standards.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance and internal audits.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with API or chemical product handling is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under production deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local language is a plus.
