Warehouse Associate – Supply Chain

About the role

The Associate, Supply Chain Warehouse is responsible for a range of warehouse activities in a manufacturing plant, including order preparation, material handling, shipping and receiving, and documentation. The role ensures that customer orders are accurately packed, labeled, and dispatched while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Key responsibilities

• Unload incoming goods, enter data into the warehouse system, label and store materials.
• Pick, stage, and repack customer orders to meet specifications.
• Prepare boxes, apply labels, and ensure proper product identification.
• Perform receiving and shipping transactions in the designated system.
• Participate in cycle counting, verify inventory data, and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect and maintain forklift and other material‑moving equipment.
• Follow all safety regulations, wear required protective gear, and maintain a clean work area.
• Handle hazardous waste when required, following RCRA training guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar warehouse or supply‑chain role.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Forklift and material‑handling equipment operation.
• Use of warehouse management or inventory systems for receiving, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Labeling, packaging, and order‑picking proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of hazardous‑waste handling procedures (RCRA).
• Ability to follow safety protocols and perform routine equipment inspections.
