VA Training & L&D Specialist (Hybrid, Gurgaon)

About the role

Triple is building a modern virtual‑assistant ecosystem and seeks a VA Training & L&D Specialist to design and deliver world‑class training programs for its virtual assistants. Working hybrid from Gurgaon on an Eastern shift, you will create onboarding bootcamps, certification tracks and AI‑focused modules that turn candidates into elite assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end training curricula covering communication, client readiness, productivity tools, and AI enablement.
• Develop onboarding bootcamps, certification programs, SOPs, playbooks, assessments and role‑play simulations.
• Facilitate live virtual training sessions, mock client interactions and provide actionable feedback.
• Continuously improve content based on cohort performance, operational gaps and client feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training outcomes with company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor trainee progress, identify under‑performers early and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent enablement.
• Deep understanding of the global virtual‑assistant market and remote work dynamics.
• Proven ability to build structured onboarding and assessment frameworks.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
