About the role

The University Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic marketing campaigns to increase enrollment, promote academic programs, and strengthen the institution’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for university programs, workshops, and courses to meet enrollment goals.
• Design, implement, and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, and events.
• Manage the university’s online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and prospective student behavior.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with admissions, alumni relations, and external agencies to enhance recruitment efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Leadership experience leading teams and cross‑department collaboration.
