UKG Dell Boomi Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a UKG Dell Boomi Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect UKG Pro, WFM, HRMS, and payroll systems with third‑party applications. The role involves working closely with clients to extract data via UKG APIs and build robust middleware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Boomi integration processes for HR and payroll data flows.
• Build and maintain connections between UKG Pro, WFM, HRMS, payroll systems and external applications.
• Work with UKG APIs to extract data and create REST/SOAP services.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and error handling.
• Provide L2/L3 support for integration deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to define requirements, create functional designs, and deliver proofs of concept.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with UKG Boomi integrations.
• Experience in payroll or HR system integrations.
• Understanding of API security concepts such as OAuth and token management.
• Domain knowledge in retail or HR environments is a plus.
