Travel Consultant

About the role

Globe Guide Travel and Tourism is looking for a detail‑oriented Travel Consultant to join its on‑site team in Kerala. You will manage the full travel lifecycle for domestic, international, and pilgrimage clients, ensuring smooth, affordable, and memorable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, packages, and ground transportation.
• Provide expert advice on visa requirements and Umrah pilgrimage arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client itinerary.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and travel suppliers to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with a small, service‑focused team to meet booking deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting or travel agency environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication and problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or airline booking portals.
• Proficiency in using digital booking platforms and travel management tools.
