Travel Consultant – Fare Filing & Distribution (Gurugram)

About the role

The Travel Consultant will join Tata Consultancy Services’ fare filing and distribution team in Gurugram. Working on a 24 × 7 shift pattern, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate fare and rule data across ATPCO and major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to support airline partners and travel agencies.

Key responsibilities

• File and update fares and rule conditions in the ATPCO system based on provided information.
• Manage special fare filing activities such as YQ/YR, optional and ancillary services, branded fares, and chart 1 & 2 filings.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to ensure data integrity.
• Validate fare and rule data for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Identify and resolve fare or rule inconsistencies in ATPCO and GDS.
• Stay current with industry trends and ATPCO procedural updates.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ATPCO fare filing processes and rule condition structures.
• Familiarity with GDS fare pricing, troubleshooting, and ticket issuance.
• Good understanding of world geography and fare construction principles.
• Ability to work on a rotating 24 × 7 shift schedule.
