About the role

Join Amazon's Relay Operations Center (ROC) in Bangalore as a Transportation Specialist I. You will be part of the team that coordinates inbound and outbound freight movements, ensuring timely pick‑ups and deliveries across Amazon’s supply chain network.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate information flow between carriers, hubs, and warehouses to resolve exceptions that affect customer experience.
• Manage inbound operations, coordinating vendor pickups and ensuring freight arrives at Amazon fulfillment centers on schedule.
• Oversee outbound operations, ensuring trucks leave Amazon sites to deliver customer orders as promised.
• Handle appointment bookings, reschedules, in‑transit disruptions, and weather‑related impacts.
• Support load scheduling, cancellations, network capacity management, and equipment availability.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to act quickly in a 24/7 environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
