Transportation Representative (AV)

About the role

The Transportation Representative (AV) works within Amazon's Transportation Operations Center (TOC) to ensure smooth information flow between carriers, hubs, and warehouses. The role supports both inbound and outbound freight movements, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between carriers, hubs, and warehouses to resolve issues that affect freight pickup and delivery.
• Monitor inbound operations, ensuring vendor‑carrier appointments are met and freight arrives at fulfillment centers on time.
• Address any disruptions that occur from pickup through delivery, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with C‑level executives and multiple stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑moving, high‑performance environments.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education (2‑degree).
