Tour Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Manager to join our team in Mysore. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering memorable travel experiences for our domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage end‑to‑end travel itineraries, ensuring all bookings, transport and accommodation are confirmed.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries, changes and any issues that arise during tours.
• Supervise on‑ground logistics, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with travel regulations.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Adapt quickly to last‑minute changes or unexpected challenges while keeping tours on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with quick decision‑making capability.
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Tour Manager or in the travel industry is advantageous.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
