Test Architect – ADAS Automation & Analytics (AI/LLM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead ADAS feature‑level automation and framework development within Bosch's VnV Automation & Analytics team. The role combines deep automotive testing expertise with AI/LLM capabilities to enhance validation strategies for advanced driver assistance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement test architectures for system‑level testing (SIL, HIL, vehicle).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and libraries using Python and C/C++.
• Integrate and validate ADAS sensor data (camera, radar, ultrasonic, video) and associated software interfaces.
• Lead HIL test execution on platforms such as dSPACE, Vector, and ETAS.
• Apply generative AI and large language model techniques to improve test case generation and analysis.
• Define test strategies, coverage metrics, and KPIs aligned with ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab).

Required profile

• 9‑11 years of experience in automotive test engineering, preferably with ADAS features (ACC, AEB, LKAS, lane‑keeping, lighting).
• Strong knowledge of sensor interfaces, CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols (UDS, XCP, DoIP).
• Hands‑on experience with HIL systems and AUTOSAR environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive validation strategies.
