Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for handling the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned geographic area. This role ensures that shipments are unloaded, scanned, delivered accurately, and that cash‑on‑delivery (COD) amounts are collected and reconciled.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Outscan shipments according to the planned delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address, obtain customer acknowledgment, and record any undelivered status.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations respecting cut‑off times.
• If serviceable, count shipments, obtain customer acknowledgment, and record counts.
• In‑scan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift and unload bags regularly.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate scanning and data entry.
• Good customer service skills to obtain acknowledgments and handle COD transactions.
• Ability to follow predefined delivery routes and meet cut‑off deadlines.
