Telemarketing Executive

About the role

The Telemarketing Executive will engage potential customers, understand their property needs, and generate interest in our real‑estate projects. This position plays a key role in creating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team through clear and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads from CRM, online portals, and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, preferences, and budget, and arrange site visits.
• Conduct follow‑up calls, confirm appointments, and nurture leads until they visit the site.
• Update lead status, call outcomes, and remarks accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound inquiries, explain project details, address basic objections, and escalate when necessary.
• Share qualified leads and visit confirmations with sales executives and provide daily call updates to the manager.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of telemarketing or customer‑calling experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English.
• Persuasive, target‑oriented attitude with the ability to handle high call volumes.
• Comfortable following structured scripts and managing multiple leads simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using call tracking systems.
