Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Customer Support

About the role

The Telemarketer will work full‑time on‑site in Chennai, making outbound calls to prospective and existing corporate clients to introduce Fiesta Smart Mobility’s transport solutions, generate interest and support lead conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to corporate prospects and existing clients.
• Explain service offerings, pricing and benefits clearly.
• Handle client inquiries and provide basic service information.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Update call records and lead information in internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and adhere to communication scripts and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging corporate clients.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to address inquiries and concerns.
• Sales aptitude to identify opportunities and nurture interest.
• Experience in telemarketing, call‑center or corporate sales support preferred.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work on‑site in Chennai and meet performance targets.
• Fluent English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette, resilience to rejection and strong listening skills.
