About the role
The Telecaller will engage with existing and potential clients over the phone to promote services, generate leads, and secure new business. This position focuses on outbound sales calls, building relationships, and following up on prospects to achieve sales targets. Excellent verbal communication is essential for persuading clients and handling inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing the company's offerings and identifying interest.
- Convince potential customers to consider the company’s services by clearly communicating benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations, gathering relevant information.
- Perform follow‑up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and move prospects toward a purchase.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive conversations.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi to engage a diverse client base.
- Graduate degree, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills for using standard office applications.
