Telecaller / B2B Sales Executive (Entry-Level)

About the role

We are seeking energetic and target‑driven Telecallers / B2B Sales Executives to become the primary voice of our company. You will connect with corporate clients, introduce our e‑waste recycling services and promote a full portfolio of IT asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Call corporate companies, IT parks and offices to pitch e‑waste purchase and recycling services.
• Promote IT asset solutions including new, refurbished and rental hardware.
• Identify decision‑makers (IT managers, procurement teams) and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow‑ups and client interactions in the CRM.
• Address client queries on asset disposal compliance, IT rentals and product availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass (graduates welcome).
• Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with up to 2 years of B2B calling/inside‑sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; regional language a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
