Team Member – Cold End

About the role

The Team Member – Cold End works on Float Line 1, ensuring safety on the shop floor and supporting all cold‑end activities. The role focuses on achieving production plans, reducing product deviations, and improving overall quality while minimizing losses and breakdowns.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety aspects in the shop floor and throughout all cold‑end operations on Float Line 1.
• Drive plan actualisation and minimise deviations across all products.
• Maximise product quality and reduce claims on the main line.
• Minimise cold‑end‑related losses and equipment breakdowns.
• Lead 5S improvements within the cold‑end area.
