Tax Consultant – CLM Functional (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon)

About the role

Deloitte Tax Management Consulting is looking for a Tax Consultant with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to support clients across major Indian locations. You will work at the intersection of tax, legal and technology, helping organisations streamline contract processes and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure CLM technologies (Sirion, Icertis) based on requirements captured by the client‑facing team.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, develop test scenarios and identify system improvements.
• Gather and document contract management requirements, performing fit‑gap analysis.
• Lead template rationalisation, harmonisation and playbook creation for contracting processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality and timely implementation.

Required profile

• 3–15 years of total professional experience.
• 3–10 years of implementation experience with Sirion and/or Icertis CLM applications.
• Proven track record of multiple successful CLM project implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities, capable of independently driving project cycles.
• Relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Sirion CLM platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Icertis CLM platform.
• CLM configuration, template rationalisation and harmonisation.
• Fit‑gap analysis and requirements documentation.
• Data extraction, document processing and analytics related to contract management.
