Talent Attraction Lead – Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

About the role

The Talent Attraction Lead will own the localisation and activation of U.S. Bancorp’s global Employment Value Proposition (EVP) for the Indian market. This role ensures that brand messages resonate with local talent while staying aligned with the enterprise brand strategy, driving employer branding, recruitment marketing, and early‑career initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Localise and activate the global EVP for India, adapting core brand messages to the local talent landscape.
• Conduct talent market research using focus groups, pulse surveys and market data to inform EVP messaging.
• Design and execute employer branding campaigns on LinkedIn, Naukri, Glassdoor and other relevant platforms.
• Partner with India leadership, HR and communications to embed the EVP across job descriptions, onboarding, internal communications and career development materials.
• Build employee advocacy programs that showcase authentic career journeys and global impact stories.
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns that improve candidate experience, pipeline quality and offer‑to‑join conversion.
• Lead early‑career and university talent attraction strategies, including campus recruiting, hackathons and internship pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or talent attraction.
• Strong understanding of the Indian talent market and cultural nuances.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
