Systems Engineer – IT Infrastructure Operations (Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure Operations team in Jaipur. The role involves 24x7 rotational support for a range of Microsoft and virtualization technologies, ensuring smooth operation of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure operations support and 24x7 monitoring.
• Administer Active Directory, Windows Server, WSUS, Workspace One and MDT.
• Support VMware and Hyper‑V virtual environments.
• Manage network, storage and security operations.
• Handle Office 365, Microsoft technology services and endpoint support.
• Perform hardware, software and asset management.
• Operate the service desk and resolve incidents.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech degree (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift.
• Strong communication skills.
