Supply Chain Scheduler - M/F/D

About the role

The Supply Chain Scheduler ensures that raw material and component inventories are aligned with the Master Production Schedule and customer demand. Working closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams, the role monitors inventory levels, measures supplier performance, and drives actions to maintain optimal stock and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels of raw material and component families and report deviations.
• Track Master Production Schedule (MPS) achievement and propose preventive actions to guarantee material availability.
• Measure Supplier Service Rate (SSR) for each supplier and develop improvement plans.
• Validate weekly forecasts and communicate them to suppliers, ensuring timely shipments.
• Participate in Logistics and Purchasing meetings, following up on related action plans.
• Support implementation of supply‑chain tools such as Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, and Milk‑run.
• Define inbound transportation plans together with the external flow analyst.
• Assist inventory counting and collaborate with ERP and inventory control analysts to maintain accuracy.
• Alert sales and management in case of crises, coordinate priorities, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers, propose logistics protocols, and ensure backup contacts are trained.

• Strong analytical mindset to monitor inventory and supplier performance.
• Proactive communication skills for daily interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to propose and implement preventive actions and improvement plans.
• Experience working in cross‑functional logistics or purchasing environments.
