About the role

We are looking for motivated construction workers and steel‑structure installers to join our team on a full‑time basis. The work will be carried out at a warehouse project built from a metal frame and metal panels in Międzyrzecze Dolne, Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and install steel structures according to project specifications.
• Perform general labour tasks on the construction site, including material handling and site preparation.
• Assist in the construction of warehouses using metal frames and metal plates.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid UDT certificates (categories 1P and 1WJO) are preferred.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 06:00‑17:00.
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual labour.
• Reliability and punctuality for full‑time employment.

Required skills

• Steel structure installation.
• General construction labour.
• UDT certification (1P, 1WJO).

What we offer

• Hourly wage of 19 PLN for steel‑structure installers.
• Hourly wage of 17 PLN for general labourers.
• Permanent, full‑time contract.
• Stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
