Store Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Store Executive to oversee daily store operations, inventory handling, and material movement at our Udaipur facility. The role requires close coordination with purchase, production, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless material flow and accurate stock records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle material inward and outward activities efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date stock records and inventory updates.
• Prepare GRN, issue slips, stock reports, and other inventory documentation.
• Perform physical stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or excesses, and support replenishment planning.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety standards within the store area.
• Update inventory details in SAP/ERP systems and generate related reports.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of store processes, material handling, and warehouse operations.
• Strong documentation, record‑keeping, and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
