Store Executive – Inventory & Material Management

About the role

StayVista is looking for a Store Executive to manage daily material movement and inventory in its Mumbai store. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking stock while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inward and outward movement of materials, including loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate physical and system‑based inventory records.
• Label, store, and organise materials according to company standards.
• Update material movement data in spreadsheets and coordinate with procurement and vendors.
• Conduct basic stock checks and support periodic inventory audits.
• Ensure the store area meets cleanliness and basic safety standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in warehouse, store operations, or inventory management, preferably in hospitality, retail or FMCG.
• Ability to work safely with physical handling of goods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good coordination skills to work with procurement and vendor teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet tools) for data entry and tracking.
