Steward – Full-time Restaurant Support

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team at TÓA 66, a 26‑seater Thai tasting menu restaurant in Churchgate, Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant at all times.
• Clean and reset tables before, during, and after service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing guest areas and service stations.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly maintained.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Assist guests with warmth and attentiveness throughout their dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams during service.
• Help with carrying trays, running food, clearing tables, and maintaining service flow.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols.
• Perform miscellaneous operational tasks as required by management.

Required profile

• Minimum few years of experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
• Fluent English communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and time‑management abilities.
• Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management is a plus.
