Mastercard is seeking a Sr. Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of a global B2B payments platform. Based in Pune, you will guide cross‑functional teams in building modern, full‑stack microservices and web applications that streamline payment processes for businesses worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor diverse application and data engineering teams.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and full‑stack web solutions.
• Drive technical and process change across the organization.
• Architect migration of on‑premise applications and data to public cloud environments.
