Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Junior Procurement Planner

About the role

The position is responsible for executing procurement planning for Bosch's Powertrain Solutions plant in Jaipur. The aim is to guarantee on‑time delivery for value streams while minimizing cost and inventory, by managing bottlenecks, improving processes and aligning with global digital planning standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on‑time delivery of child parts against the production plan.
• Perform capacity planning and demand forecasting for the plant.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and supply‑chain crises.
• Control inventory levels, coverage, ageing and blocked stock.
• Monitor and optimise logistic costs, including freight expenses.

Required profile

• Engineering or related degree with experience in procurement or supply‑chain planning.
• Proven ability to manage bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on cost optimisation.
• Familiarity with global and digital planning standards.
