Spa Trainer – Skin & Body (Hyderabad)

About the role

Tattva Spa is seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver both theory and practical sessions for skin and body spa treatments across multiple locations in Hyderabad. The role involves guiding aspiring therapists, ensuring high training standards, and supporting students who need extra assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive classroom and hands‑on training for various spa therapy modules.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and training logs for each student.
• Identify and address gaps in students' theoretical knowledge or practical skills.
• Document practical attempts and progress for each training topic.
• Travel to 2‑3 spa locations to provide on‑site training as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of spa training experience, preferably 2‑4 years.
• Graduate or Diploma in Cosmetology, CIDESCO in Skin & Body, or equivalent from a reputable academy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor diverse learner groups.
