Solutions Engineer

About the role

Quvia is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its Chennai office. In this role you will act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, translating business needs into robust, end‑to‑end connectivity solutions that span satellite, terrestrial and hybrid networks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales and product teams to gather customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Architect and document solution designs that integrate hardware, AI and machine‑learning components.
• Coordinate with network engineers, service‑delivery and operations to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
• Manage project timelines, track progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise customers throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value.

Required skills
