Solution Architect – Directory Services

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect specialized in Directory Services to design, implement and support enterprise‑wide identity solutions. Based in Hyderabad, you will work with global teams to ensure secure, reliable access across Windows and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID solutions for large‑scale enterprises.
• Implement and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) infrastructures.
• Provide second‑ and third‑level support, troubleshooting complex identity and access issues.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and distributed teams following ITIL processes.
• Integrate virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware) and Linux systems into identity workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in Active Directory administration and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, security best practices, and cloud‑based identity services.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working in global teams.
