Software Engineer – Java, Microservices & DevOps

About the role

VOIS is looking for a Software Engineer with solid Java and Spring Boot experience who can design, develop and maintain scalable micro‑service back‑ends while also contributing to front‑end work. The role sits within hybrid agile delivery teams and involves close collaboration with DevOps and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot and micro‑services architecture.
• Contribute to front‑end development with modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Work with relational databases to create efficient data models and queries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for application deployment and operations.
• Participate in agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid models) and use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• At least 1 year of experience in DevOps or cloud environments.
• Proactive learning attitude and willingness to share knowledge within the team.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
