Software Engineer II – Salesforce Developer

About the role

The Salesforce developer engages directly with global, multi-functional teams to provide user support and assist in strategic development and enhancement of the Customer Relationship Management application (Salesforce). This role ensures a functionally sound and stable Salesforce deployment and delivers high-quality products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with business leaders and sales teams, providing end‑user support and system expertise.
• Review solution summaries to ensure best practices and user‑focused development.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical and business processes.
• Contribute advanced Salesforce technical principles and support phased implementations.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of Salesforce administration experience; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Developer certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile projects and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large‑scale datasets.
