Licious is seeking a Software Development Engineer 1 to build fast, scalable, and user‑friendly web applications for its technology‑first food brand. You will join a high‑impact engineering team delivering seamless experiences to millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Create responsive, user‑centric interfaces that ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship new features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate frontend code with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing web features and workflows.
• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js or Next.js.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience building responsive and performant web applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and state‑management libraries.
• Good understanding of web fundamentals, browser rendering, and debugging tools.
